What should I expect after placing an order?
Our order processing system works as follows:

1. Client places an order from our website
2. Client is expected to make payment by credit card or PayPal for the order
3. Once payment is received and CLEARED, the order will go into our fraud screening office
4. Your order will be checked manually. If everything is okay, the order will be accepted (usually within 6-12 hours of placing the order)
5. Once the order is accepted, you will receive your account access information. The subject of the email is New Account Information. This email contains all access and login information to your control panel. If you have not received this New Account Information email, it means your order is still being processed. Please wait until you hear back from us.
6. Once you have access to your control panel, you can begin managing your Rustikat hosting account immediately

How do I login to my cPanel (hosting account control panel):

1. Please make sure your order has been activated by us and that you have received your account access information. Please refer to our order activation process above.
2. You can login to your control panel by following the instructions within your New Account Information email.
3. You can also access your account control panel from your client area. First login to your client area at https://www.rustikat.com/clients/clientarea.php then scroll to the bottom right at Server Login click on cPanel and you will be taken to the control panel

To have one, two, three, or more of your included software installed for you, please follow these steps:
1. Login to your control panel (cpanel)
2. Under Software, see that blue smiley icon Fantastico? Click on it
3. On the Fantastico page, on the left menu, choose any of the available software for you to install by clicking on it
4. Follow the installation steps and you should be able to use it immediately

We don’t provide support for any of these included application/software. If you have any questions or problems using it, please visit their respective website and request assistance there.

More softwares are available under the Software/Services menu on your control panel. Click on CGI Center and Site Software to see the list of all available software you can use with your website.
